Scheduled - Reason and Impact of the Change
3E Cloud is transitioning to a new authentication system, necessitating all clients and partners to switch to new endpoints by November 30, 2023. For more information, visit: 3E Cloud API Documentation. This is an important breaking change introduced by Elite.

Our IIS platform facilitates 3E Cloud integration via the "HTTP - Intapp" connector. Clients and partners also utilize this connector in their custom processes. This connector is being enhanced with additional features to align with the 3E Cloud migration and help with the transition.

Release Details
This release introduces new functionality specifically for the "HTTP - Intapp" connector to support the 3E Cloud migration. Importantly, this update will not impact any existing integrations using this connector or other connectors or IIS features.

Implementers or clients must update their configurations at the connection level and deploy the latest version of the software to leverage this new functionality.
Note that this change is unrelated to 3E on-premise.

Scope
“HTTP – Intapp” connector”: Support common request header at connection level
“3E Time” integration pack: Accommodate new “HTTP – Intapp” connector functionality to include “Audience” token parameter in a header.

- Clients can now use the API via Swagger to export all fields and groups to display conditions in their environments for data review.

Enhancements to Advanced Search
- We modified the Advanced Search buttons to improve user experience and streamline complex search options.

Other Enhancements
- We improved deletion logic to enable additional force flags to check for usage on enums prior to deletion to avoid configuration errors.
- Clients can now clean up Cds Keys for Accounts.

Performance enhancements
- We improved latency issues with related panel load error.
- We modified rate limiting to perform with large data changes to client environments.
- We improved alerts on data syncing.

DEFECT FIXES
- We introduced an enhancement for Advanced Search decoupling of Industry.
- We improved overall performance and added enhancements to improve latency.

Scheduled - SERVICE IMPACT
Please communicate to your users that there will be a downtime at some point during the 4-hour maintenance window. The service will be unavailable for up to 90 minutes and this can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site. Do not perform any large data imports or changes until the maintenance is completed.

- Stabilized the background processor pause/resume functionality

3rd Party Integration improvements
- Improved error handling with SalesForce
- Enhanced company updates in InterAction

Logging and Monitoring improvements
- Implemented configurable Salesforce API call logging
- Improved CRM disconnection alert functionality consistency

Performance and Security improvements
- Enhanced security with library upgrades
- Resolved XSS issue on Swagger UI & mailing list
