Implementers want a way to merge these parties programmatically so that they don't have to manually fix the duplicate parties.
To fix the duplicate party issue, you can use externalIdentifiers in CDS API and pass a specific external identifier – UBAPartyId with a PartyId:
• If ID is passed and matches our party id, then link to it
• IF ID is passed but does not match, create a party with that id and link it
• If the ID is not passed, the default behavior (current behavior)
- CDS roles with no matching Intapp OnePlace for Risk capability are not synced.
- EnableCustomFieldsIndexing has been added to the configuration settings to improve sorting and searching of custom fields data.
- POST api/terms/v1/bootstrap has been added to improve the initial data load for the Terms Time integration.
- The Sisense URL settings have been improved in Intapp OnePlace for Risk.

• IF ID is passed but does not match, create a party with that id and link it
• If the ID is not passed, the default behavior (current behavior)
