Special alert for Intapp Time users with versions 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5:

For users who are using Intapp Time Desktop 8.5 or earlier versions, it is required that users close the Time Desktop and Desktop Extension or sleep their computer prior to this maintenance.

These actions are necessary to ensure the Time Desktop continues to function normally after this maintenance. Users will be unable to synchronize with the server after the maintenance is complete if they leave Intapp Time running (open or minimized) during the maintenance period. In the event this occurs, affected users will need to logout and log back into Intapp Time to resume synchronization. Please note that Intapp Time Desktop 2020.1.101 and above are not affected and may remain open during the maintenance; the user can continue to operate the application in offline mode.

- Users with permission to Export Confidential can choose to include confidential fields or omit confidential fields when exporting profiles

- Users with and without permission to Export Confidential records will receive an error when an attempt is made to export confidential records to public document template

Scheduled - SQL Server Patching has been scheduled for our TimeCloud UAT (Sandbox) environments on 14th November, 2020 and will begin at 16:00 UTC. This patching is essential to maintain system integrity and compliance.

During this maintenance end users may experience intermittent interruptions when core servers are restarted but all efforts will be taken to limit any impact.
