There will be no downtime associated with this release. Some users may be logged out during the release, but they will be able to log back in immediately. We recommend that you do not perform any large data imports or changes until the maintenance is completed. The service disconnection can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.

We encourage you to review the new features and defect fixes.

RELEASE CONTENT
The 2607 release includes bug fixes and enhancements for Intake, Flow, Conflicts, and Terms. All releases include improvements to CDS, API, and Sisense reporting. Additionally, the Intake and Flow releases include an improvement to data sets. The Intake release includes Quick Start enhancements. The Terms release includes enhancements for the Intake Request workflow and data sets.

The service will be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes during the 4 hour maintenance window. Some users may be logged out during the maintenance period, but they will be able to log back in after the short interruption of service. This maintenance is to allow our Operations Team to upgrade the database servers to ensure optimal performance of the application.

SERVICE IMPACT
There will be some downtime during the maintenance window that can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site. Do not perform any large data imports or changes before your site is refreshed during the 24 hour maintenance window. Please communicate this information to all users with access to your Preview Sandbox.

Data and configuration will be refreshed to match what is in production and any integrations or 3rd party configurations will also be impacted unless you have opted out. If you are on a dedicated database, you have the option to opt out of the data and configuration refresh. Please do so in your production environment by following the instructions found here.

Please note that the 2608 Preview Release (code push) will occur on July 9th 11 AM PST for EU/AE regions and 11 PM PST for US/AP/CA as posted here:

Service impact
The following products are planned for zero-downtime maintenance. Some users may experience a brief interruption and be prompted to log in again:

The following products will have a scheduled downtime period. Users may experience synchronization and login errors during the window:

- Intapp DealCloud
- Intapp Intake, Intapp Conflicts, Intapp Terms, Intapp Flow

Intapp Identity Services
Some users may be logged out at the start and end of maintenance but will be able to log back in immediately once the window closes.

Intapp Integration Services
This maintenance includes downtime. Processes running on Intapp Atom Cloud may experience brief interruptions and may not complete successfully. To avoid errors, do not perform large data imports or configuration changes until maintenance is complete. Disconnections may occur at any point after the maintenance start is announced on the status site.
