- The number of client and matter fields that can be retrieved for filtering and sorting options for generic datasets has been expanded. Users can add fields such as Total WIP, Total AR, Last Bill Date, Last WIP Date, Last Due Diligence Date, and Last AML Check Date.
- Key Term and Atypical Term have been added as operational filters in Data Sets as an available field to retrieve for the purpose of being displayed in the Form Designer as a static field or as a Form answer.

CONFLICTS DEFECT FIXES
- In rare cases when synonyms were modified or new synonyms were added, and the system was closed, the indexing process could fail.
- In some cases when users filtered large amounts of search results, the filter panel greyed out forcing the user to log out and back in to continue clearing search results.
- HTML tags were displayed as plain text in search results fields in Assisted Conflicts. To prevent this issue, HTML tags were removed from rows and hovers for all fields.
- Watchlist notes were not displayed in the primary Watchlist hit column and were not visible when a user hovered over the cell in Assisted Conflicts.
- In Assisted Conflicts when the resolution filter is on, the tabs display an incorrect count when hits were moved to Issues or No Issues.

INTAKE/FLOW DEFECT FIXES
- The API did not show all converted requests when converted from an original request several times. In order to see the correct list of converted requests a new field called convertedToRequests was added to the API.
- After upgrading to the latest version of Intapp OnePlace, users with a dashboard default view received an error message after logging into the application.
- Requests could not be created due to workflow definitions and diagrams on the Workflow Designer page not loading after upgrading to the latest version of Intapp OnePlace.
- Requests that included date questions with an integration had an invalid date integration error if the user time was set as UK local.

TERMS DEFECT FIXES
- An error was thrown when users looked up an object (i.e client, matter, or group) using the filters and then navigated to another page before closing the filter.
- Users without View Terms capabilities were able to see partial views of the Terms pages if they knew the exact URL to access a certain page.

- Term data import began erroneously after dragging and dropping a file to the system administration page.

2020-05-23 RELEASE CONTENT

IDM: The email sent by the Administrator to the user to reset his/her password is now more spam-filter friendly. It is sent as plain text, not HTML. It is also reworded.
Only users of local authentication (with passwords managed by IDM) will see a cosmetic change. The changes will affect all production and sandbox tenants. The end-user experience is unchanged. The new email format does not affect users' login workflow and will not require users to be retrained. Previously provided step by step instructions are still valid.
Customers in production, who should be using an Identity Provider (AD FS, Azure AD, OKTA) to authenticate, will not see these changes.

- Syncing between CDS and Intapp OnePlace has been improved.
- The number of client and matter fields that can be retrieved for filtering and sorting options for generic datasets has been expanded. Users can add fields such as Total WIP, Total AR, Last Bill Date, Last WIP Date, Last Due Diligence Date, and Last AML Check Date.
- Key Term and Atypical Term have been added as operational filters in Data Sets as an available field to retrieve for the purpose of being displayed in the Form Designer as a static field or as a Form answer.

CONFLICTS DEFECT FIXES
- In rare cases when synonyms were modified or new synonyms were added, and the system was closed, the indexing process could fail.
- In some cases when users filtered large amounts of search results, the filter panel greyed out forcing the user to log out and bank in to continue clearing search results.
- HTML tags were displayed as plain text in search results fields in Assisted Conflicts. To prevent this issue, HTML tags were removed from rows and hovers for all fields.
- Watchlist notes were not displayed in the primary Watchlist hit column and were not visible when a user hovered over the cell in Assisted Conflicts.
- In Assisted Conflicts when the resolution filter is on, the tabs display an incorrect count when hits were moved to Issues or No Issues.

INTAKE/FLOW DEFECT FIXES
- The API did not show all converted requests when converted from an original request several times. In order to see the correct list of converted requests a new field called convertedToRequests was added to the API.
- After upgrading to the latest version of Intapp OnePlace, users with a dashboard default view received an error message after logging into the application.
- Requests could not be created due to workflow definitions and diagrams on the Workflow Designer page not loading after upgrading to the latest version of Intapp OnePlace.
- Requests that included date questions with an integration had an invalid date integration error if the user time was set as UK local.

TERMS DEFECT FIXES
- An error was thrown when users looked up an object (i.e client, matter, or group) using the filters and then navigated to another page before closing the filter.
- Users without View Terms capabilities were able to see partial views of the Terms pages if they knew the exact URL to access a certain page.
- The save and cancel buttons were misaligned in the Add a Note lightbox.
- Term data import began erroneously after dragging and dropping a file to the system administration page.
- View Confidential Notes and Grant Report Permissions capability were missing from stand alone installations of Terms.
- When a Terms Review report was opened by the reviewer, the Date value was missing in the Terms Review lightbox for Term templates that included a Date/Time question.
- When a Terms Review report was opened by the reviewer, the User value was missing in the Terms Review lightbox for Term templates that included a User Type question.
- An exception error was thrown when a user tried to open the document viewer or the document lightbox when 'categorize terms' button was selected in the Terms tab on the entity profile.
