- Uploading a file for a conflicts search could fail if there were multiple relationships with the same name.
- An error occurred when printing an interactive conflicts report for a search that returned no hits.
- Reminder e-mails were sent in error to conflicts report recipients who had already submitted resolutions.

- After creating a new workflow and a new request via API, the request was not returned when filtering by workflow type.
- A multi-select smart lookup could not be used as the value source for a data set with a custom field as a parameter.
- In the Data Sets designer, the +add button for Fields To Retrieve did not change its appearance when disabled.
