MAINTENANCE FOR TIME 8.5 - US/EU Nov 30, 05:00-06:00 PST
The maintenance is a zero downtime maintenance; Some users may be logged out, but those users will be able to log back in immediately.
Do not execute bulk data upload during the maintenance. The service disconnection can occur anytime after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
Posted on Oct 24, 08:02 PDT
Update - We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time.
Nov 7, 04:12 PST
Scheduled - Intapp Annual Disaster Recovery Test of Time Cloud & Rekoop Services scheduled to occur on December 7th, 2019, between 12:00 to 20:00 UTC.

The purpose of this notice is to inform you that Intapp plans to perform its Annual Disaster Recovery Test of the Time Cloud and Rekoop Services. We want to ensure our customers are fully aware of this activity and have enough notice to prepare.

Summary of event:
Intapp wants to ensure that in the unlikely occurrence of a disaster event impacting the datacenter premises where the Time Cloud and Rekoop services are hosted, we are able to fully restore our services and continue to serve our customers. To do this, we will require service downtime and we need to advise that the Time Cloud and Rekoop applications are not to be used during this period.

Maintenance Window:
Date: 7th December 2019
Downtime Required: 8 hours, from 12:00 to 20:00 UTC

End User Impact:
In order to eliminate the possibility of any issues with time entries being recorded, it is necessary to do the following:
• Advise all your end users that they must be logged out of the application during the maintenance window
• Advise all your end users that no time entry or submission activity is to occur during the maintenance window (Saturday, December 7th, 2019, from 12:00 to 20:00 UTC).
• There will be a period of 10 minutes prior to the start of the maintenance window where existing application requests will be allowed to complete, new requests will be blocked. New requests will resume when the services are brought back to normal.

Customer Impact:
• Standard application notifications/alerts due to the application being offline are expected (for example: You are working offline etc)
• To minimize the occurrence of notification/alert messages for your end users, we recommend stopping the RES/IB server that provides the integration to the Intapp Cloud service and your internal applications prior to the maintenance outage start. Once the maintenance outage concludes, the RES/IB server should be restarted. This is recommended though not mandatory as it would reduce the number of emails/alerts received. Instructions on how to do this will be sent in a further communication.
• As stated above, prior to the start of the maintenance window, there will be a period of 10 minutes where existing application requests will be allowed to complete while new requests will be blocked. New requests will resume when the services are brought back to normal.

Plan:
1. Intapp plans to take down the Time Cloud and Rekoop Services in the primary datacentre, and restore them in its secondary datacenter. Several tests are planned to be executed after the failover to ensure that all services have been resumed correctly.
2. We will confirm that the services are working as expected in the secondary datacentre before we revert back to the primary datacenter.
3. Once we are confident services are returned to normal in the primary datacentre we will send a notification that the maintenance is complete.

Please contact your CSM (Account Manager) or Intapp Support if you have any questions about this maintenance exercise.

- Functionality has been improved for retrieving related parties of clients and matters using multiple data sources.
- Functionality has been improved for retrieving addresses of clients, matters, and parties using multiple data sources.

- Business acceptance implementers can select fields to retrieve, sort, or filter using smart lookup to minimize the need to scroll through search results.
- Data sets have been improved to retrieve remote IDs to easily match addresses with external systems.

CONFLICTS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS
- A new configuration called "Enable User Types for Conflicts Report Recipients" has been added to the Administration -> Settings -> Conflicts UI. This configuration allows firms to disable or enable user types for Conflicts Report recipients.
- Corporate trees can be sorted in alphabetical order throughout the application permitting Conflicts Analyst faster location of search names and easier review of search results.
- Conflicts Analysts are able to view the matter count for clients that appear in a corporate tree. All matters or only active/inactive matters can also be displayed for clients in a corporate tree for improved analysis.
- Firms can convert a conflicts search to a request and retain all attributes of the completed conflicts search (e.g. search results, resolutions, etc.).
- A new configuration called ‘Show time in user’s timezone’ is available for capturing the datetime of custom fields on searches and reports and presenting datetime in the user’s timezone. This allows users to more readily identify tasks and due dates in the user’s time zone.
- Updated the BvD integration to use the newest version of the Orbis API, and added the ability to leverage the corporate group definition for the corporate tree.

INTAKE NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS
- The party lookup type question can be added as a sub-question in a custom grid. It allows for selecting an existing party in the system or entering a new one. The configuration also permits matching the party against an external provider and can be passed to Conflicts as a confirmed party to expedite the conflicts search process.
- The company details (e.g. address, country, etc.) for parties matched against an external provider are visible in the grid question and can be passed to Conflicts as a confirmed party.
- Various question types (e.g. drop-down lists, smart lookup, or word/phrase) can be used in a grid to capture party, affiliation, relationship, etc and the data captured is passed to Conflicts to expedite the conflicts search process.
- A new configuration called 'Show time in user's timezone' is available for capturing the datetime on form questions and presenting datetime in the user's timezone. Also supported are the DateTime custom fields allowing users to more readily identify tasks and due dates in the user's time zone.
- Users are able to show or hide questions groups from the printed version of a form.
- Firms can convert a conflicts search to a request and retain all attributes of the completed conflicts search (e.g. search results, resolutions, etc.).
- An indicator for new or updated parties in a custom grid that are passed to Conflicts is visible to conflicts team members permitting quick identification of the parties that require a new search.
- For requests that have been converted the Activity log has been expanded to include more descriptive details such as the request ID numbers, activity type, and user comments.
- The required indicator for form questions is visible when printing a form.
- 'Assigned by User' placeholder has been added to the assign, share, and delegate notifications permitting the recipient to easily follow up with questions as needed.
- In the form designer, you are able to show or hide grid columns. A configuration called 'Display in notification' allows administrators to determine if grid columns will be displayed in the notifications.
