NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS
- Users will now see a numerical count (+4) indicating the remaining number of content entries that do not fit into table cell. When the user hovers on the value a tooltip will display the remaining entries.
- An interactive tooltip has been added to all table cells allowing users to view truncated content and eliminating the need to expand table columns on open profile pages.

DEFECT FIXES
- Document components were not able to be deleted, but now disappear from the document when removed instead of reverting to the latest change.

CONFLICTS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS
- Several Interactive Conflicts Report enhancements have been made. The enhancements include the ability to add groups as reviewers in addition to persons, notifications advising the completion of reviews can be sent to the professional who shared the report, and the report now accommodates more result types per page.

INTAKE/FLOW NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS
- Users can be directed back to a parent request, without opening a new tab or window, if working in a sub-request by clicking the parent request link.
- Passing data from a parent request to a sub-request has been enhanced to include documents, attachments, and party lookup question answers to better manage and expediate the completion of large requests amongst multiple users.
- Users now have the ability to share or delegate requests via email notifications and share their permissions so the recipient can update, approve, or transition requests.

TERMS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS
- In this release Intapp is introducing Vendor Terms to help firms manage their client's requirements in respect to vendor compliance. Several out-of-box vendor specific templates and documents are now available allowing firms to better manage and analyze information regarding vendor requirements. Admins can add, edit, delete, and manage Vendor Term Templates and Vendor Document Types.
- Users can download documents with new, copied, and/or modified terms to provide firm professionals new versions of documents for review and feedback without the need to log into the application. The downloaded documents will display the selected term bubble and indicate if the term is new, copied, or modified. Any modified text will be distinct and display the differences between the original Selected Text and the modified version.

COMMON/API/DATASETS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS
- In this release, Intapp is transitioning all existing customers to the new email service which improves system stability and provides better logging and monitoring capabilities. The new email service is enabled by default for all new installations.
- Performance on the Activities tabs across the OnePlace Risk/Flow application has been improved by loading only the most recent activities with a default limit of up to 1000. In addition, pagination has been added to the Activities tabs allow review of multiple entity activity events.

SERVICE IMPACT

- Customer action required:
* All customers using IDM (Identity Management Service): Please communicate to your users that all Intapp cloud solutions will be unavailable to use the service for up to 30 minutes, with the exception of the Time Desktop users. These users will be able to operate the application in offline mode.
Special Alert for Intapp Time users with versions 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5:
It will be necessary for users to close the Intapp Time Desktop application as well as the Intapp Time Desktop Extension prior to this maintenance window and keep them closed until after the maintenance is complete (using the sleep feature of Windows is also an option).
These actions are necessary to ensure the Time Desktop continues to function normally after this maintenance. Users will be unable to synchronize with the server after the maintenance is complete if they leave Intapp Time running (open or minimized) during the maintenance period. In the event this occurs, affected users will need to logout and log back into Intapp Time to resume synchronization. As a reminder we recommend upgrading to the latest Intapp Time Desktop 2020.1.101 and above as these versions are not affected by this maintenance and may remain open during the maintenance; the user can continue to operate the application in offline mode.
* CDS: Do not execute bulk CDS data upload during the maintenance
- Usage impact:

- Clients are now able to export their historical relationships data from CMC into an xlxs file.
- There are two new export options in the Configuration section of CMC to Export Relationship Scores and Export Email Counts.

The ERM report has been updated to prioritize data from the Principals table over other data sources to improve the accuracy of principals/lawyer data
- The sources are prioritized as follows: Principals table, CRM/CMC, Direct Mailer, Configured Users, Email Metadata (from/sender/reply-to) from sent emails

ERM Export Report: previously when the contact’s Last Name was blank, the email address was populated in this field. This has been updated so that:

- Last Name field is blank when there is no value
- Email Address is always the first column

- Admins can select conditional filters in the UI to implement the required panel display conditions.
- A validation warning will be displayed if fields using the Display Condition configuration are removed or renamed in the UI. This will help users understand what dependencies exist and the steps to take to update or remove information.
- Various enhancements have been made to the API to accommodate the new Display Condition configuration. The enhancements include updates to the API endpoints to return and save the Display Condition configurations, and return data required to autocomplete fields and operators.
