Update -
We are continuing to experience a service degradation affecting our Underlying Service Infrastructure across the US, EU, CA, and AP Sandbox regions.
Clients may notice unstable API response times, including increased latency or timeouts between our Platform services and connected downstream products. As a result, certain components may experience delays in accessing data, particularly if that data is stored in CDS, IDM, or IDD.
Our engineering team is actively working to restore full service performance. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
