ACTION REQUIRED - Clients in the US region using Intapp Cloud Runtimes (Atoms) with IP restrictions
As part of infrastructure improvements, outbound IPs used by IIS cloud runtimes are changing. If your systems restrict incoming traffic by IP:
- Add the new IPs below to your allowlists before August 9, 2025.
- Do not remove the old IP, as it may still be used by other Intapp services.
- On-premises atoms are not affected.

The 2508 release includes features and enhancements to Intake, Flow, Conflicts, and Terms. The Intake and Flow releases include enhancements to the Create Request lightbox, Generate File State Type in the Workflow Editor, notification templates, and other improvements. The Conflicts release includes a UI refresh for Assisted Conflicts, the ability to auto-select corporate trees for Conflicts Search, enhancements for Moody’s GRID integration, support for Client Hits in Team Conflicts, and updated validation requirements for the Ticker field. The Terms release includes enhancements to AI Prompt Studio, Terms templates, API, and UI. All releases include bug fixes and enhancements to CDS.

This maintenance will incur downtime. Processes running on Intapp Atom Cloud may experience a brief interruption during this maintenance and may not be completed successfully.

Do not perform any large data imports or changes until the maintenance is completed. The service disconnection can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
