RELEASE CONTENT

CONFLICTS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS:
- A new list page has been added to allow users to find and access corporate trees without having to open them from the party page in Data Management. This new list page displays all trees stored in the application including trees that are not linked to parties. Users with relevant capabilities can access the saved corporate trees via Administration > Corporate Trees. Client Matter security is respected on the Corporate Trees page.
- Stored corporate trees and trees matched for companies can be exported to PDF for further review and distribution to others.
- Users can sort and search columns on the Corporate Tree page, can complete a text search via a search box and filter results with a 'show matching results' button. Additionally, users can view the number of companies, clients, matters and parties in a corporate tree as the count will display for each. Note: sorting by companies, clients, matters and parties is not supported at this time.
- Included in this release is a redesign to the corporate tree page itself. Company specific information like Management, Beneficial Owners and Shareholders have been relocated from the bottom of the screen to a side panel that opens to display detail. The data provided is pulled from saved corporate trees rather than third party providers.

INTAKE/FLOW NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS:
- Admins or Implementers can generated hyperlinks from a centralized portal so users can create new requests for matters, in addition to the existing ability to create requests for clients. The form with the link can be imported between Risk sites without change.
- Aggregation functions for assessing risk have been added to grid type questions replacing the 'Grand Total' logic. Additionally, Integers are supported in label questions for grid column aggregate functions.
- Users can search for an approval rule via a smart lookup field in the 'Add approval' lightbox on a Request page.

TERMS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS:
- Users can now copy an existing term's details when creating a new similar term within the Categorize Term lightbox. This makes the categorization process faster and more consistent. This feature must be enabled via a new feature flag called 'Enable copying terms within categorization lightbox' which has been added to the Administration > System > Configuration > Terms section.
- The Custom Fields designer has been enhanced with the addition of Terms Document as a new custom field Object Type. These custom fields support 'Lookup' as the value type.
- Users can filter by Terms Custom Fields via the 'More' menu on the Terms Document page and Terms Document tab on the Entity Profile page. A lookup field allows users to find specific criteria for Terms documents.
- All custom fields added to the Document Profile page can be edited by clicking into the fields. Additionally, custom fields can be added to the Edit Status Lightbox when editing a document's status. These custom fields are editable and any changes will be saved to the database.
- All parties identified as Vendors are displayed in a new tab called Vendors on the Data Management page. Users can add vendor-specific grid columns (e.g. Vendor Id, Name, Country, etc.) and search for Party, Vendor Id, Name, etc. in the Find field. The Vendor tab includes pagination, sorting and column arrangement.

COMMON/API/NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS:
- The Swagger API documentation is now accessible via a link in the web help icon.
- The new email engine has been enhanced to make the 'Allow external emails' settings consistent for Conflicts and Requests.
- Blackbook Requested by User and Blackbook Entry custom fields have been added to the OnePlace for Risk Elasticube for reporting.
- The GET Clients{ClientId}, GET Parties{PartyId}, and GET Matters{MatterId} APIs have been enhanced to include the Relationship Counts property. This new property will return counts of total and active parties associated with specific entities.
- Users can add Data Sets displaying Client, Matter or Party specific information such as Risk Factors to the Client Data Management page. Once Admins/Implementers have added the data set table via the Administration > System > Configuration > UI page, a new section will display with the entity specific data populated.
