SERVICE IMPACT The services listed below will be impacted during the maintenance window. Do not perform any large data imports or changes until the maintenance is completed. The service disconnection can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
Intapp Reporting Service (IRS): - Users may experience delays when interacting with dashboards for up to 30 minutes during the maintenance window.
Integration Service (IIS): - This maintenance will incur downtime. Processes running on Intapp Atom Cloud may experience a brief interruption during this maintenance and may not be completed successfully.
RELEASE CONTENT IRS: - Infrastructure improvements - ‘savePage’ plugin deprecated by Sisense and removed from Sisense UI
IDM: - Improvement: all existing user sessions are invalidated on user password reset
IIS: - Atom Cloud infrastructure improvements
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - IRS is the reporting service used by most Intapp cloud applications. It powers in-product analytics and interactive dashboards across Intapp applications.
