Investigating
We are currently experiencing a service degradation of the Signature Extraction Service affecting our DealCloud solution in the EU region. Clients may experience limited to no new data in DQA grids, but users can process data that is already there (create new / update existing contacts, etc).
Our team is actively investigating the cause, and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
