SERVICE IMPACT
- Customer action required: Please communicate to your users that some or all users will be unable to use the service for up to 40 minutes. Do not execute bulk data uploading during the maintenance. We encourage you to review the following new features and enhancements.
- Usage impact: The maintenance will incur downtime. Some or all users will be unable to use the service for up to 40 minutes. The service unavailability can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.

RELEASE CONTENT
NEW FEATURES/ENCHANCEMENT:
- Users will now be able to download an excel file with up to 15,000 records, the previous limit was 5,000.
- Users can now optimize global search to hide or show specific objects, depending on the admin’s desired search result behavior. For example, admins may want to hide the matter object because the entries are cluttering global search results and impeding their user’s access to more relevant Experience records.
- Users will now see an androgynous avatar as the default ‘person’ image.
- The API has been improved to permit hiding or removing built in traits from displaying, allowing for more product configuration using custom traits.
