SERVICE IMPACT There will be no downtime associated with this release. However, some users may be logged out during the release, but they will be able to log back in immediately. Do not perform any large data imports or changes until the maintenance is completed. The service disconnection can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
RELEASE CONTENT In this release Intapp is expanding the enhancements to the Intapp Terms – Conflicts and Intapp Terms – Intake integrations. These enhancements provide a more robust user experience and greater control over documentation upload from requests and surfacing relevant Terms in Conflicts searches.
A new Conflicts search hit type called Opportunities is now available to help firms identify conflicts on potential matters targeted by business development. Supporting Opportunities in the search results provides Risk professionals and analysts the ability to identify whether potential opportunities represent a conflict with other new clients or matters.
Enhancements to the Firmographic data continue in this release with the ability to leverage company revenue, website, and additional address fields within the Intapp application and company lookup grid. Users can accurately identify and link the correct company information and reduce manual entry of external data. Additionally, these enhancements can be added to the workflows for reviews and approvals.
Other enhancements include improvements to the External Forms tenant, expansion of API endpoints, and other performance and user experience improvements.
