SERVICE IMPACT
We are conducting our annual IDM maintenance. IDM is the Intapp authentication service. If you cannot determine if you are using IDM, please contact Support@intapp.com.

During the maintenance, which may take up to one hour, access to all IDM-enabled applications and services (Risk, Time, Experience, OnePlace CRM, Reporting, CDS, DAS, IIS) will not be available. Do not run any bulk data upload during the maintenance. The unavailability of the service can start at any time during the 4-hour maintenance window.

- Revised report notifications to highlight the sender name as Intapp to increase visibility and emphasize its origin
- Metadata support of Request custom fields in Risk and Flow Elasticubes

CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED
Once the maintenance is complete, test logging into your Admin Portal (firm.my.intapp.com) with your Identity Provider (Azure AD, Okta, etc.). If you have any issues, report them immediately to support@intapp.com.

Special Alert for Intapp Time users with versions 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5
It will be necessary for users to close the Intapp Time Desktop application as well as the Intapp Time Desktop Extension prior to this maintenance window and keep them closed until after the maintenance is complete (using the sleep feature of Windows is also an option).

These actions are necessary to ensure the Time Desktop continues to function normally after this maintenance. Users will be unable to synchronize with the server after the maintenance is complete if they leave Intapp Time running (open or minimized) during the maintenance period. In the event this occurs, affected users will need to logout and log back into Intapp Time to resume synchronization. As a reminder, we recommend upgrading to the latest Intapp Time Desktop as these versions are not affected by this maintenance and may remain open during the maintenance; the user can continue to operate the application in offline mode.
