SERVICE IMPACT There will be no downtime associated with this release. Some users may be logged out during the release, but they will be able to log back in immediately. We recommend that you do not perform any large data imports or changes until the maintenance is completed. The service disconnection can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.

RELEASE CONTENT The 2611 release includes features and enhancements to Intake, Flow, Conflicts, and Terms. The Intake release introduces enhancements to Compliance with Celeste, which now prepopulates more of each form based on previous requests, along with a new Configuration wizard in AI Prompt Studio that guides administrators through setup. Intake and Flow also add an API endpoint to disable and re-enable request notifications, including in bulk, and improved performance when evaluating request forms with many data-driven questions. The Intapp Conflicts release includes background processing with a progress indicator for Parties merges and IDMS-based authentication for integration with Employee Compliance instances hosted in Azure. Terms enhances Compliance with Celeste so it understands the Client, Matter, Group, or Vendor you are viewing in Terms → Clients and Matters.
This release also includes updates that apply across products: a new matters search API, a new SkipRefDataNameMatching CDS configuration, consistent autocomplete behavior that waits for three characters, and the retirement of Windows Azure Active Directory (WAAD) authentication. Firms that have not yet migrated from WAAD to Intapp Identity Management (IDM) should contact their Intapp account team or Professional Services representative. This release also includes bug fixes.
