Improvements:
The ERM report has been updated to prioritize data from the Principals table over other data sources to improve the accuracy of principals/lawyer data - The sources are prioritized as follows: Principals table, CRM/CMC, Direct Mailer, Configured Users, Email Metadata (from/sender/reply-to) from sent emails
ERM Export Report: previously when the contact’s Last Name was blank, the email address was populated in this field. This has been updated so that:
- Last Name field is blank when there is no value - Email Address is always the first column
Defect resolutions
Synchronized software: - Increased security of application login password text fields - Fixed gES Email Parsing to better handle null arguments - Fixed Unable to access to Intapp CRM configuration page when credentials are invalid; page is now accessible with an error displayed - Updated disabled links to make it obvious that they're disabled
Dynamics: Throw a descriptive exception when Relationship Type has not been set on Configuration, Dynamics page
Salesforce: System should not slow down with bad relationship configuration
Interaction: Duplicated business address after company association
