SERVICE IMPACT - Customer action required: Please communicate to your users that some users may be logged out, but those users will be able to log back in immediately. Do not execute bulk data uploading during the maintenance. We encourage you to review the new features and defect fixes. - Usage impact: Some users may be logged out, but those users will be able to log back in immediately. The service disconnection can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
RELEASE CONTENT
PRICING NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS - Added “Included Expenses” checkbox to Proposed Fee Arrangements card, allowing Pricing users to optionally budget for expenses with alternative fee arrangements. Including expenses will affect relevant KPIs including Cost, Margin, and Planned Realization. - Added “Total Budget” column to KPI headers. When Expenses are included, Total Budget will show Fees + Expenses for the selected Fee Arrangement - Added fields to the Intapp Reporting Service for Pricing: Last Time Entered Date (i.e. the latest work date of all timecards on a matter), Matter Billing Attorney, Version Summary text field for currently tracked version, Matter Status text field - The "Last Time Entered Date" field has been relabeled to "Latest Timecard Activity" to more accurately reflect its meaning. This field represents the date a timecard was last modified in any way (entered, billed, modified, collected, etc.) on a particular matter -"Show Scope Notes Inline" has been renamed to "Show Notes Inline" to clearly reflect that it shows notes of any type: Scope, Assumption, or Note.
PRICING DEFECT FIXES - Fixed: Matching Timecards Date Filter on Financial Snapshot Page show NaN instead of dates - Fixed: Realization values flickering during recalculation on budget page - Fixed: Users weren't prompted to save changes when navigating away after changing proposed fee arrangement back to hourly from a different fee arrangement - Fixed: Notes couldn't be deleted in certain circumstances - Fixed: Fee Arrangement charts were displaying improperly with multiple fee arrangements of the same type.
PRIORITY JUSTIFICATION Release to the production environment for technical changes only. New capabilities will not be available until Aug 14.
