SERVICE IMPACT
- Customer action required: None
- Usage impact:
o During the maintenance, which may take up to 4 hours, the CDS and Document Assembly API will not be available. Changes made during the Maintenance from the Admin Portal (such as changing a setting) will not be saved. The Audit log will not contain user activity during the Maintenance. However, all users will be able to log in to all Intapp solutions. Some users might be logged out at the beginning and end of maintenance but should be able to re-log in immediately.
o Intapp Reporting Service (IRS): Users may experience delays when interacting with dashboards for up to 30 minutes during the maintenance window.
o Intapp Integration Service (IIS): This maintenance will incur downtime. Processes running on Intapp Atom Cloud may experience a brief interruption during this maintenance and may not complete successfully.

o All data in Blox widgets can now be exported to PDF and Excel via Jasper Reports
o Metadata support of Component Group custom fields in Risk and Flow Elasticubes

o Data store upgrade
- IIS:

o New Encompass connector
o Intapp Services connector improvements
o Improvements to Atom Clouds reliability and monitoring

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- IRS is the Reporting service used by most Intapp Cloud applications. It powers in-product analytics and interactive dashboards across Intapp applications. If you cannot determine if you are using IRS, please contact Support@intapp.com.
