SERVICE IMPACT There will be no downtime associated with this release. However, some users may be logged out during the release, but they will be able to log back in immediately. Do not perform any large data imports or changes until the maintenance is completed. The service disconnection can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
RELEASE CONTENT The 2405 release includes features and enhancements to Intake, Flow, Conflicts, and Terms. The Intake release includes enhancements to Joint Client Representations and the Import/Export process. The Conflicts release includes enhancements to Team Conflicts, Conflicts Rules, CSAT, and corporate trees. The Terms release includes enhancements to Term Reminders and trigger-based notifications. This release also includes UI/UX enhancements, API and CDS updates, and bug fixes.
