SERVICE IMPACT - Customer action required: Please communicate to your users that some users may be logged out, but those users will be able to log back in immediately. Do not execute bulk data upload during the maintenance. We encourage you to review the following enhancements and defect fixes. - Usage impact: Some users may be logged out, but those users will be able to log back in immediately. The service disconnection can occur anytime after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
RELEASE CONTENT
CONFLICTS NEW FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS - Customers can enable or disable merged hits by entity configuration when using Assisted Conflicts. - A warning message will be displayed if a company name entered in the Company Lookup lightbox is longer than 60 characters and the external provider is D&B Direct+. - Users can configure resource strings such as Report Name, Client Summary, Party Searched, etc. for default conflicts reports via the UI in Administration > System > Conflicts > Conflicts SSRS Reports Setting XML without needing to modify the conflicts report file.
INTAKE/FLOW NEW FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS - The 'Attachment' form question has been improved to allow editing under the ‘Select a file type’ drop-down within an attachment type question. - Intake-only customers now have access to the same corporate tree configuration settings as Conflicts customers. The configuration settings in Administration > System > External Providers now allow Intake-only customers to select settings such as inclusion of Board Members, Shareholders, Beneficial Owners, minimum share holding percentage, etc. - An external collaboration tenant is now available which allows firms to publish lateral hire forms for external candidates, gather AML supporting documents from beneficial owners of clients, and publish client information to the firm’s client for client verification. - Performance improvements have been made to the SQL output generated by Custom Field Data Sets.
TERMS NEW FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS - A new filter called 'Answer Type' has been added to the Terms Definition data source for the Get Terms Templates dataset.
COMMON/API/DATASETS NEW FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS - Implementers can export/import system configuration settings between environments. - To improve implementation accuracy, client, matter and party data retrieved via the API is sorted by ID. - The Sisense Open Elasticube has been enhanced to allow users to report against 18 months worth of data. - Both user and person custom fields can be synced from CDS to Intapp OnePlace for Risk. If the custom field key is the same for CDS user and person custom field, then the value that was last updated will be saved in Risk. - CDS now preserves values for fields such as contact, title, email, etc. when syncing client or matter address information. - When a user group is deactivated in CDS, the corresponding entity in Risk will also be deactivated.
CONFLICTS DEFECT FIXES - In rare cases, Assisted Conflicts search results that were marked as 'Issue' or 'No Issue' were still displayed in the same disposition tab after marking them. - Rank rules were not applied to Conflicts Reports when created in Assisted Conflicts. - All text after a comma was cleared if a comma was used in the party search field of the 'Create a new Blackbook' lightbox in Data Management. - An error message was thrown when a user searched for a corporate tree from the party lookup question on a Request. - Fixed an issue where some trees resulted in an error message when using the D&B Direct+ provider. - Notifications that included a ConflictsReportRecipient placeholder in the body of the notification did not display the recipient's name if a search report was shared more than once.
INTAKE/FLOW DEFECT FIXES - An error occurred and requests did not move to the next workflow state when the workflow moved to the Interactive Conflicts Report Review state. - The approval rules table loads cached results instead of recalculating values after a request was updated to include a new approver and notifications were sent. - The approval rules status incorrectly displayed as 'Sent' if the workflow included an auto-transition for the GAL state. - Users on the new email engine were unable to preview notification emails in the Approval Rules tab.
TERMS DEFECT FIXES - Terms cannot be created, updated, or deleted when database snapshot isolation is enabled. - Clients removed from a component group resulted in an incorrect value in the 'inherited' field of the delete message.
COMMON/API/DATASETS DEFECT FIXES - Hits on corporate trees were not returned via the API after the existing tree was updated. - Related Parties created via the bulk API did not include populated custom fields. - An exception error occurred with the ‘count’ function of data sets using the 'Aggregation' display format. - A 'Check Syntax' error message was thrown when a data set was created, 'External Parameters' was used as the data source, and the value was several characters long. - Data sets that included 'Component Group' as the data source, would not allow users to select more than one member group (e.g. Client Group Member, Party Group Member, Request Group Member, etc.).
