Update

We are continuing to experience a service degradation affecting our Underlying Service Infrastructure across the US, EU, CA, and AP Sandbox regions.

Clients may notice unstable API response times, including increased latency or timeouts between our Platform services and connected downstream products. As a result, certain components may experience delays in accessing data, particularly if that data is stored in CDS, IDM, or IDD.

Our engineering team is actively working to restore full service performance. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

We continue to experience a service degradation affecting the CDS Platform in the US|EU|CA|AP Sandbox region. Clients may experience unstable API response times, ranging from increased latency to timeouts between our CDS services and other downstream products. Components of said products could experience long delays in accessing information if that information is stored in CDS, IDM, or IDD.
