SERVICE IMPACT There will be downtime associated with this release (users won't be able to connect to the front-end UI and back-end services). Website users may be logged out. Do not execute bulk data upload during the maintenance. This can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site. During the upgrade users may have synchronization and login errors.
RELEASE CONTENT The Billstream Cloud 2311 release includes numerous new features and enhancements, including a new integration with Intapp Terms Cloud. Matter billing terms related to 29 out-of-box pre-defined Financial Management templates within Intapp Terms Cloud are now displayed within the Proformas and Track modules for easy access.
This enhancement ensures up-to-date terms information, increases billing efficiency and accuracy, and reduces time previously spent switching between systems.
Note: To use this integration, clients must have a full or partial license for Intapp Terms Cloud and each Billstream user must have a corresponding user account in Risk (capabilities to access Terms optional).
