RELEASE CONTENT

CONFLICTS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS
- Users can set primary and secondary groupings for hits in Assisted Conflicts, including new options for Type, Hit Term, Hit Text, and Hit Filed, and can configure the layout for the grouped hits to user preference.
- For firms using the D&B external provide, stored aliases in a corporate tree will result in a search hit allowing analysts to determine if a potential conflict exists.
- The trade styles for target companies and all affiliated entities are displayed for corporate trees retrieved from D&B.
- More robust content from D&B Direct+ API such as pulling the corporate tree, shareholders, beneficial owners, management, etc. is retrieved from the content provider and displayed for users.
- Improvements have been made to the BvD integration for retrieving large corporate trees when using the Corporate Group definition. Firms can now control how much data of the tree to retrieve based on levels to unfold and maximum companies, with recommended limits set to 10 and 4,000 respectively. Firms can increase these limits should they want more data, but for large trees this will impact response times.
- Conflicts reports can be shared via API.

INTAKE/FLOW NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS
- As part of the company matching feature, additional content such as the Global Ultimate Parent, stock ticker symbol, and legal form is retrieved from the D&B content provider via the Direct+ API and displayed on the request form.
- As part of the D&B Direct+ API enhancement, users can search for a company by the DUNS# on Intake requests and in Conflicts, rather than searching outside the application to find the correct company name.
- Financial Ratings are not yet available with Direct+ API, but will be in upcoming releases.
- To minimize clutter on the Requests page only requests requiring attention of users are displayed. If the archive request configuration is enabled in Administration > System > Requests with a specific duration, completed requests are auto-archived.
- Implementers can default Attachment ID to requests that include an attachment question so that attachments are added by default when the request is created.
- Performance improvements have been made to the page refresh when form question answers are updated.
- Notifications tied to workflow states can be assigned to groups for review. All users in the group assigned as the recipient in the notification designer will receive the email, in accordance with a user's notification preferences.
- Administrators can create unique notification templates for the approval or decline actions. Each template can be customized to reflect the approval action taken and provide clearer context for the recipient.
- To better maintain the database size without impacting business users, system configurations called 'Enable Archiving Request' and 'Archive After' have been added to Administration > System > Requests.
The 'Enable Archiving Request' checkbox is checked by default for new installations and unchecked for upgrades, and the 'Archive After' is defaulted to 90 days.
- Performance improvements have been made to the creation of new requests and opening of existing requests.
- Performance improvements have been made for loading the Score Profile designer.

TERMS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS
- To help Terms users quickly categorize existing documents with new Terms templates, the AI can be leveraged to search for and categorize multiple documents at one time.
- Users can categorize and create new terms using the Terms AI within the existing documents uploaded to Terms for new templates created. The user completes AI training based on keywords associated with the Term template. After the training is complete, the AI provides suggested Terms with confidence levels. This enhancement can also be used with existing templates.
- When uploading documents, or categorizing previously uploaded documents, users have the option to direct the AI to categorize all pages or select specific pages only for categorization. Users can preview the document to better identify the pages to select for categorization.
- Users can filter out suggested terms by their confidence rating within the document viewer.
- Users can export to an excel file the results of the terms document search in an effort to quickly identify new terms to be categorized.
- Users assigned the 'Edit Terms Selected Text' capability can modify selected text for uploaded poor quality documents.
- A request hyperlink is displayed in the document profile allowing users to navigate to the linked Request for review of feedback and approval comments for documents uploaded via the Intake application.
- Users can print categorized documents with the template name, term values, and notes for review offline. Categorized documents can also be exported.
- The term categorization lightbox is opened with the cursor in the Find Term Template field after highlighting the selected text for categorization.

COMMON/API/DATASETS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS
- To leverage the most current D&B data, the Administration > External Provider now includes a configuration for D&B Direct Plus API.
- The Summary Notes GET API has been improved by adding filters to the skip/take logic.
- A new Terms API has been introduced to return new, modified, or deleted terms within a time period for more efficient integrations with other products.

CONFLICTS DEFECT FIXES
- When a user clicked the 'view' link for an entity in the Corporate Tree and closed the lightbox, the page scrolled up instead of saving its position.
- Users that were not assigned View or Edit Blackbook capabilities were able to view Blackbook details in the corporate tree.

INTAKE DEFECT FIXES
- Requests became locked after executing the decision state of a workflow and did not progress to the next workflow state.
- Requests that had a hold setting configured to 'Yes' were auto-transitioned to the next workflow state.
- Requests with a party lookup question type displayed incomplete text in the field.
- Request forms that included a Checkbox List question mapped to a custom field were cleared after other custom fields were updated via the API.
- A cloned request that included a grid type question with hierarchy enabled threw a run-time error and the request could not be opened.

- The ‘close’ button in the warning message lightbox was misaligned if the Financial Ratings refresh failed.

TERMS DEFECT FIXES
- Documents could not complete OCR, and the 'OCR document' option was not available if the document included images.
- Document text for accessible terms was redacted when users navigated directly to the document URL.
- An internal exception error was thrown when a user transferred a document from one entity to another.
- An error was thrown and IIS stopped working when a user opened a document that included a large number of excluded entities from inheritance (e.g. all matters excluded from inheritance).
- The Approval Group field was missing from the term categorization lightbox.
- Users were not redirected to the Request page after the document viewer was closed if more than one document was opened and the user switched between the documents.
- Data sets using the Get Term Value Party Details for smart lookup fields threw an error message and did not return any empty list if a user typed in a non-existent Term Template.

COMMON/API/DATASETS DEFECT FIXES
- The options to export Custom Fields did not display correctly when using the Internet Explorer browser.
- Changes made to custom fields on the Administration > Custom Fields page were not saved.
-The 'Sort By' is reset if the primary datasource is removed from a multiple data source data set.
- Data Sets that used the jurisdiction term as a data source did not return results for terms without a specified jurisdiction.
- Default data sets returned errors if a parameter included the ampersand (&) symbol.
- The fields on the Datasources tab were misaligned and did not render properly in the UI.
- A console error was thrown if a user edited a Virtual Table column definition and then deleted the column.
- Virtual Tables were not migrated from on-prem to cloud when the migration tool was used.
