SERVICE IMPACT There will be a downtime during the maintenance window that can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site. Do not perform any large data imports or changes during the 16 hour maintenance window. Please communicate this information to all users.
Data and configuration will be refreshed to match what is in production unless you have opted out. If you are on a dedicated database, you have the option to opt out of the data and configuration refresh. Please do so in your production environment by following the instructions found here.
RELEASE CONTENT The 2405 release comprises over 120 new features and enhancements. This includes a LinkedIn integration through the DealCloud browser extension that enhances networking and prospecting workflows, an automation to capture Teams meeting transcripts that fuels AI summarization and meeting insights, and instant access to relevant DealCloud data in Microsoft Teams through the Intapp Collaboration integration.
