SERVICE IMPACT 
- Client action required: none.
- Usage impact: The maintenance will incur downtime. Website users may be logged out. Desktop users can work in offline mode during this time and will not be logged out. Do not execute bulk data upload during the maintenance. Disconnection will last up to 4 hours and can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site. During the upgrade users will have synchronization and login errors.

PRIORITY JUSTIFICATION
Users will no longer be able to authenticate to Intapp Time once the IDM 2.0 upgrade is complete, which happens before the next available deployment window.

RELEASE CONTENT
- Defect fixes and corrections to enable upgrade of IDM 2.0
