This maintenance window covers the production upgrade for the Intapp products listed at the bottom of the page. Note the impact for this release is limited to DealCloud and Intapp Integration Services.
SERVICE IMPACT Maintenance for the following products will include a period of downtime and users may have synchronization and login errors during the scheduled window: - DealCloud
In addition, the following services will undergo maintenance during this window:
Intapp Integration Services This maintenance will incur downtime. Processes running on Intapp Atom Cloud may experience a brief interruption during this maintenance and may not be completed successfully.
Do not perform any large data imports or changes until the maintenance is completed. The service disconnection can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
