SERVICE IMPACT There will be no downtime associated with this release. However, some users may be logged out during the release, but they will be able to log back in immediately. We recommend that you do not perform any large data imports or changes until the maintenance is completed. The service disconnection can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site. We encourage you to review the following new features.
CONFLICTS NEW FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS - Assisted Conflicts: If the 'Created for Id' has been designated on the search, that value will automatically be inherited as a default recipient for conflicts reports. This enhancement matches feature parity with the legacy Grid UI. - New 'Search Term Relationship' value is now available for rules and filters. This value allows users to create rank or exclusion rules based on the 'Relationship' value captured on a search party. The existing value 'Relationship' has been renamed to 'Result Relationship' to better differentiate between the two. - Email preview on the Conversations tab will now be displayed in plaintext. When a message is opened, it will retain any formatting applied.
INTAKE/FLOW NEW FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS - Improvements have been made to resuming current states inside parallel workflow threads. - Admin users are now able to manually set busy and pending Request states to idle. - Added support for querying Form Answers via the Advanced Data Set Designer. This improvement will support the ability to export and import Data Sets when the Form Designers or Workflow Designers are exported and imported.
TERMS NEW FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS - New Terms Comparisons page allows users to compare terms for different entities side-by-side, in order to identify inconsistencies or reference past precedents. Users can build filters to run comparisons for a broad range of use cases, including comparing client terms and vendor terms to gain a holistic understanding of their commitments. - Terms AI now comes with pre-built training out of the box on vendor terms templates, enabling it to provide auto-suggestions for common terms found inside vendor contracts. - Document download history will be viewable from the Document Profile Activities tab. These activity entries will record every document download, including the following information: Document Name, Date/Timestamp, User, and Type of Download. - Terms Summary Notes information can now be retrieved via Data Sets. The following fields can be retrieved: Category/Sub-Category, Title, Note, Group(s), Created By, Modified By, and Modified On. As with all Terms-related Data Sets, this new data source is only available in the 'Basic Mode' Data Set designer. - Terms now supports uploading Japanese language documents. This includes standard functionality like the ability to highlight and categorize documents, search for text, leverage the AI auto-categorization, etc.
COMMON/DATASETS/API NEW FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS - Terms document activity has been added to the Open Elasticube for the Intapp Reporting Service. - Performance improvements have been made to reduce page loading times. - Performance improvements have been made to the retrieval of corporate trees from the S&P provider. S&P has created a new Xpress API and to accommodate this enhancement the Administration > System > External Provider page includes a new 'Use XpressAPI' checkbox.
