SERVICE IMPACT There will be downtime associated with this release. Website users may be logged out. Desktop users can work in offline mode during this time and will not be logged out. Do not execute bulk data upload during the maintenance. This can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site. During the upgrade users will have synchronization and login errors.
RELEASE CONTENT This release primarily focuses on introducing Compliant Time Entry Sharing – create team and billing efficiencies by sharing a copy of a time entry with one or more timekeepers. This feature enables the ability for one user to create a time entry and share the complete entry (narrative, time, PTA codes, etc.) with other timekeepers for them to use and release. This allows secure sharing of time entries from the list view and entry form. Configuration is required for existing customers. They must opt into the feature by virtue of turning on the enableentrysharing setting. This setting can also be grouped so that a subset of users can be configured to use the feature.
