SERVICE IMPACT
The release/maintenance will incur downtime. Some or all users will be unable to use the service for up to 20 minutes. Do not execute bulk data upload during the maintenance window. The service disconnection can occur anytime after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
2020.4.3 EXPERIENCE RELEASE CONTENT
NEW FEATURES & IMPROVEMENTS - A new configuration allows users to set confidentiality on the template level for quick document export from search result tables - Users with permission to Export Confidential can choose to include confidential fields or omit confidential fields when exporting profiles - Users with the permission to Export Confidential records can add confidential records to confidential document templates within the quick export from search table functionality - Users with and without permission to Export Confidential records will receive an error when an attempt is made to export confidential records to public document template - A new configuration allows users to separate the creation and deletion of Experience work records and documents - When choice options are selected in the field configuration the option to delete the entire field is now disabled - When using the “is any of” filter functionality, users are now able to type more than two words and see a list of entities containing their multiple word input upon pressing search - Several performance improvements were implemented
DEFECT FIXES - The hours filter is now correctly formatted and returns numeric values - Embedded flow form elements are no longer overlapping in the share dialog - Enum values usage now return the correct reference counts - Work IDs are now compatible with slashes
