This maintenance will update all tenants in the region regardless of client version. The maintenance will incur downtime. Website users may be logged out, and those users will not be able to log back in until the maintenance is complete. Desktop users can work in offline mode during this time and will not be logged out. Do not execute bulk data upload during the maintenance. Disconnection will last up to 60 minutes and can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.

NEW FEATURES/FIXES

Enforcer Service - Compliance
Provides automated interoperability between Intapp Terms and Intapp Time powered by the Intapp Platform. The Enforcer Service enforces compliance with Terms Billing Restrictions and Block Billing using a highly available and scalable microservice-based architecture. Once supported billing terms from OCGs are loaded into Terms, the Enforcer Service automatically consumes them over the platform and enriches the Time Desktop for compliance in real time, without any need for sync rules or additional implementation. Requires the 2020.4.1 Desktop client for enforcement.

Validation Service - Performance
Improves performance of the Time Desktop synchronization process on startup and switch timekeeper. The Validation Service is a highly available and scalable microservice that pre-generates and caches user validation data for synchronization to the Time Desktop. Requires the 2020.4.1 Desktop client for synchronization. Performance gain may vary based on a firm's data footprint.

Analytics Service - Insights
An engaging, modern analytics platform delivering powerful self-service analytic and actionable insights delivered on the Intapp platform. All current Time operational reports are included in this initial release, enhanced with live filters, improved navigation and charts and graphs. Additional reports include Capture Adoption and Utilization.

Edit Converted Entries - Time to Cash
Professionals can now perform edits of converted entries of allowed fields in Time Desktop, reducing back-and-forth with the billing team, thus shortening the billing cycle. Bi-directional synchronization between Time and the billing system keeps changes up to date. Requires the 2020.4.1 Desktop client for editing.
