Intapp will be conducting an infrastructure maintenance. You will be notified when the maintenance starts and when it is completed. During the maintenance, a number of services or products will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes.
The affected services or products are:
- Admin Portal application
- Document Assembly
Special alert for Intapp Time users with versions 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5:
For users who are using Intapp Time Desktop 8.5 or earlier versions, it is required that users close the Time Desktop and Desktop Extension or sleep their computer prior to this maintenance.
These actions are necessary to ensure the Time Desktop continues to function normally after this maintenance. Users will be unable to synchronize with the server after the maintenance is complete if they leave Intapp Time running (open or minimized) during the maintenance period. In the event this occurs, affected users will need to logout and log back into Intapp Time to resume synchronization. Please note that Intapp Time Desktop 2020.1.101 and above are not affected and may remain open during the maintenance; the user can continue to operate the application in offline mode.
Intapp recommends all clients upgrade to Time Desktop and Desktop Extension 2020.1.101 or later at the soonest opportunity.
IDM is the Identity Management service used by most Intapp Cloud applications. It provides Single Sign On across Intapp applications and federation with external Identity Providers. To know if you are using IDM, check if you are redirected to a URL such as idm.my.intapp.com when you authenticate with your Intapp application.
