SERVICE IMPACT

- Customer action required:
* All customers using IDM (Identity Management Service): Please communicate to your users that all Intapp cloud solutions will be unavailable to use the service for up to 30 minutes, with the exception of the Time Desktop users. These users will be able to operate the application in offline mode.
Special Alert for Intapp Time users with versions 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5:
It will be necessary for users to close the Intapp Time Desktop application as well as the Intapp Time Desktop Extension prior to this maintenance window and keep them closed until after the maintenance is complete (using the sleep feature of Windows is also an option).
These actions are necessary to ensure the Time Desktop continues to function normally after this maintenance. Users will be unable to synchronize with the server after the maintenance is complete if they leave Intapp Time running (open or minimized) during the maintenance period. In the event this occurs, affected users will need to logout and log back into Intapp Time to resume synchronization. As a reminder we recommend upgrading to the latest Intapp Time Desktop 2020.1.101 and above as these versions are not affected by this maintenance and may remain open during the maintenance; the user can continue to operate the application in offline mode.
* CDS: Do not execute bulk CDS data upload during the maintenance
- Usage impact:
* IDM and CDS: This maintenance will incur up to 30 minutes of downtime. Service unavailability can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- IDM is the Identity Management service used by most Intapp Cloud applications. It provides Single Sign On across Intapp applications and federation with external Identity Providers. To know if you are using IDM, check if you are redirected to a URL such as idm.my.intapp.com when you authenticate with your Intapp application.
