- IDM is the Identity Management service used by most Intapp Cloud applications. It provides Single Sign-On across Intapp applications and federation with external Identity Providers. To know if you are using IDM, check if you are redirected to a URL such as idm.my.intapp.com when you authenticate with your Intapp application.
