- Customer action required: none
- Usage impact: Administrators might see some transient errors while using the Admin Portal application for up to one hour after the maintenance starts. No other users nor applications will be affected.

MAINTENANCE DETAILS

- Infrastructure changes to prepare for additional IDM capacity. IDM is the Identity Management service used by most Intapp Cloud applications. It provides Single Sign-On across Intapp applications and federation with external Identity Providers. To know if you are using IDM, check if you are redirected to a URL such as idm.my.intapp.com when you authenticate with your Intapp application.
