SERVICE IMPACT - Customer action required: Please communicate to your users that some or all users will be unable to use the service for up to 10 minutes. Do not execute bulk data upload during the maintenance. We encourage you to review the following new features. - Usage impact: The release/maintenance will incur downtime. Some or all users will be unable to use the service for up to 10 minutes. The service unavailability can occur anytime after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
COMMON/API/DATASETS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS - The new email engine has been enhanced to make the 'Allow external emails' settings consistent for Conflicts and Requests. - Performance improvements have been made for sending notifications. - Data Sets have been improved with the addition of D&B Number, BvDId and S&P Global Id fields to the Parties operational filters and datasource. - The 'Blackbook' custom field has been added to the Risk and Flow Elasticubes for the Intapp Reporting Service.
CONFLICTS DEFECT FIXES: - Related Party description and/or note fields were not displayed for Client Party hits on the SSRS reports if the hit was found in the Related Party Description or Note.
INTAKE/FLOW DEFECT FIXES: - In some cases the Unassigned filter in the Requests list was ignored and assigned requests were displayed. - After page refresh, an overview field linked to a form question answer displayed an empty value when the question had a custom field linked to it and the request has an associated score profile. - Approval Rules Notification were sent to the assigned users for Rules Based Approvals rather than the designated user specified in the notification template.
COMMON/API/DATASETS DEFECT FIXES: - On some occasions users received an error message when they logged into Risk or Flow. - Users were redirected to a 'Server Error' page when they logged out of Risk or Flow on the Chrome or Edge browsers. - Users on Intapp Mobile iOS were asked to provide login credentials when they were logging into the app even if they were using IDM. The CDS users sync has been improved to correct this behavior. - Customers could not import Virtual Tables if any row contained null column values.
