Some or all users will be unable to use the service for up to 60 minutes. The service unavailability can occur anytime after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
RELEASE CONTENT CONFLICTS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS - Several Interactive Conflicts Report enhancements have been made. The enhancements include the ability to add groups as reviewers in addition to persons, notifications advising the completion of reviews can be sent to the professional who shared the report, and the report now accommodates more result types per page.
INTAKE/FLOW NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS - Users can be directed back to a parent request, without opening a new tab or window, if working in a sub-request by clicking the parent request link. - Passing data from a parent request to a sub-request has been enhanced to include documents, attachments, and party lookup question answers to better manage and expediate the completion of large requests amongst multiple users. - Users now have the ability to share or delegate requests via email notifications and share their permissions so the recipient can update, approve, or transition requests.
TERMS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS - In this release Intapp is introducing Vendor Terms to help firms manage their client's requirements in respect to vendor compliance. Several out-of-box vendor specific templates and documents are now available allowing firms to better manage and analyze information regarding vendor requirements. Admins can add, edit, delete, and manage Vendor Term Templates and Vendor Document Types. - Users can download documents with new, copied, and/or modified terms to provide firm professionals new versions of documents for review and feedback without the need to log into the application. The downloaded documents will display the selected term bubble and indicate if the term is new, copied, or modified. Any modified text will be distinct and display the differences between the original Selected Text and the modified version.
COMMON/API/DATASETS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS - In this release, Intapp is transitioning all existing customers to the new email service which improves system stability and provides better logging and monitoring capabilities. The new email service is enabled by default for all new installations. - Performance on the Activities tabs across the OnePlace Risk/Flow application has been improved by loading only the most recent activities with a default limit of up to 1000. In addition, pagination has been added to the Activities tabs allow review of multiple entity activity events.
