The maintenance is a zero user impact maintenance; users and API usage will not be affected.

2020-05-23 RELEASE CONTENT

IDM: The email sent by the Administrator to the user to reset his/her password is now more spam-filter friendly. It is sent as plain text, not HTML. It is also reworded.
Only users of local authentication (with passwords managed by IDM) will see a cosmetic change. The changes will affect all production and sandbox tenants. The end-user experience is unchanged. The new email format does not affect users' login workflow and will not require users to be retrained. Previously provided step by step instructions are still valid.
Customers in production, who should be using an Identity Provider (AD FS, Azure AD, OKTA) to authenticate, will not see these changes.
