SERVICE IMPACT
- CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED: Once the maintenance is complete, test logging into your Admin Portal (firm.my.intapp.com) with your Identity Provider (Azure AD, Okta, etc...). If you have any issues, report them immediately to support@intapp.com.

- Usage impact: During the Maintenance, which may take up to 2 hours, the CDS API will not be available. Changes made during the Maintenance from the Admin Portal (such as changing a setting) will not be saved. The Audit Log will not contain user activity during the Maintenance. However, all users will be able to log in to all Intapp solutions. Some users might be logged out at the beginning and end of the Maintenance but should be able to re-login immediately.

- We are conducting our annual IDM maintenance.
