SERVICE IMPACT This release is a zero downtime release; some users may be logged out, but those users will be able to log back in immediately.
ENHANCEMENTS - If email notifications fail on the first attempt a retry strategy at the SMTP level has been implemented to ensure delivery. - The query string has been increased for the web.config file.
DEFECT FIXES: - Case sensitivity was not recognised for custom relationships when a conflict report was generated.
