SERVICE IMPACT - Customer action required: Please communicate to your users that some users may be logged out, but those users will be able to log back in immediately. Do not execute bulk data uploading during the maintenance. We encourage you to review the following new features and defect fixes. - Usage impact: Some users may be logged out, but those users will be able to log back in immediately. The service disconnection can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
RELEASE CONTENT
CONFLICTS NEW FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS - In Assisted Conflicts, the merged hits feature has been enhanced so that new context on previously found hits can be flagged as new for re-evaluation by analysts. - The Conflicts Report API has been enhanced to support conflicts report category configurations for corporate tree term hits. Additionally, the reports will indicate if the hit was found by a standard search term in the TreeHit column or by a tree term. - Performance improvements have been made to the querying of result counts for conflict reports.
INTAKE/FLOW NEW FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS - Request loading has been optimized for better performance. - Unique column settings are respected when grids are uploaded to requests. A warning message will display advising users of rows not imported due to duplication or if the information already exists in the grid. - Performance improvements have been made to permission assignments on a request. - Performance improvements made to calculate past states of the request. - The GetRequests actions have been improved for grouping sub-requests by parent request.
TERMS NEW FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS - The GetTerms API now applies user specific client matter permissions and security.
COMMON/API/DATASETS NEW FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS - Enhancements have been made to the address lightbox on the Client, Matter, and Party profiles by adding 'Email' and 'Title' fields. - Blackbook status has been added to the Open Elasticube for the Intapp Reporting Service. - Conflicts only and Terms only customers are now able to select Intake objects when generating SSRS reports. - Performance improvements have been made to integration actions and data set pulls. - Data sets have been improved by adding more filtering and sorting field options. - IDM now supports third party Open Id connect authorization providers.
CONFLICTS DEFECT FIXES - Redacted hits were not included in the No Rank group and were displayed with rank values when rank rules were applied to Assisted Conflicts searches. - The Related Searches section of the Corporate Tree displayed child searches only for divided searches.
INTAKE/FLOW DEFECT FIXES - Smart lookup fields created using data sets with external parameters did not include a default value. - Multiple reminder notifications were sent frequently, rather than at the scheduled time as dictated by the workflow state. - The workflow decision state did not recognize conditions set for party lookup question fields.
TERMS DEFECT FIXES - No changes to Terms.
COMMON/API/DATASETS DEFECT FIXES - Client data sets did not return results when 'Status' was used as the operation filter. - An error message was thrown and the data set did not work if it was updated by removing one external parameter and replaced with another.
