2020.1.110 VERSION CONTENT

COMMON/API/DATA SET IMPROVEMENTS:
- Users can update or delete attachments via the API to ensure all documents associated with an entity are current.

- Custom fields are accessible in Sisense, and can be reported against to produce reports providing greater insights into clients, matters, and parties.

CONFLICTS IMPROVEMENTS
- No updates to Conflicts functionality.

INTAKE/FLOW IMPROVEMENTS
- A user who converts a request will be designated as the request creator, granting all request permissions to the user who completed the conversion.

- To better manage attachment type migration across systems during a form import or export, attachment types are mapped based on names rather than internal identifiers.

TERMS IMPROVEMENTS
- No updates to Terms functionality.

COMMON/API/DATA SETS DEFECT FIXES
- No updates to functionality.

CONFLICTS DEFECT FIXES
- An error message displayed in the mobile app when a Quick Search was run with affiliation and relationship required.

- In rare cases when the search engine index was populating and an entity in the system was updated at the same time the index was closed, the indexing process could fail.

INTAKE/FLOW DEFECT FIXES
- Fixed a request creation failure by non-admins for workflows that invoked an integration in the first state.

- Corrected a validation error when a workflow included an auto-transition state from a decision state to a decision state before the auto-transition occurred.

- Notifications that included a grid answer placeholder with a grand total and hidden columns were not sent and resulted in an error message.

- In cases where the scheduler job was running longer than the anticipated duration, users received two digest emails. The duplication issue has been resolved, but there may be a delay in receiving the daily digest email.

TERMS DEFECT FIXES
- Terms did not complete upload and processing of documents uploaded via the API with the 'Suggest Terms' option enabled.

- New documents uploaded via the API did not complete uploading and processing when the 'Enable OCR' option was enabled.

- When documents with text in two columns were categorized, the term position began outside of the text and was misaligned within the document.

- HTML tags from a document content were not escaped when displaying document search results.

- An error message was thrown and the automatic redirect to the login page did not occur after logging out of one of two open Terms tabs.

- Documents uploaded and categorized using the IE 11 or Edge browser did not display the correct values in the Terms categorization dialog.
