Walls automated security consumption When enabled, Time will consume security directly from the Common Data Store (CDS) service. This allows firms to use Intapp Walls to centrally manage ethical and foundational walls in Time without need for an integration, reducing complexity and overall cost of ownership. Time will automatically consume security propagated from Intapp Walls or any other source providing security information to CDS.
CDS Change Client Matter consumption Time now consumes any unique identifier changes to Clients and Matters stored in CDS, including partner/child relationships. Now any changes to the client or matter ID within Intapp Intake using CDS or even FMS renumbering will propagate to Intapp Time automatically. Additionally, all associated entries, templates, even predicted captured events update in turn. This eliminates the need for manual changes to the Client or Matter or cleanup within Intapp Time.
Terms custom enforcement messages Enforcement messages can now be set while categorizing individual terms in Intapp Terms. The custom term message is then displayed within Intapp Time at point of entry. This provides additional context for the timekeeper on the enforcement ensuring the timekeeper knows the action that should be taken to resolve the compliance issue.
Terms Variable compliance level The compliance enforcement level can now be specified while categorizing individual terms in Intapp Terms. Each term can now be set to either block release, require confirmation or display a warning only. This is then reflected in Intapp Time at point of entry. This provides much more flexibility in term enforcement based on requirements of the OCG.
Professional Experience
Option to set Unreleased Time Filter Lookback Time desktop now provides a local setting to specify up to a 3 year lookback for the Unreleased Time filter. This allows the user to adjust the filter to find the best value for their practice and needs.
Option to edit entry on timer at start Time desktop now provides a local setting to specify that the Timer panel should open a new entry for edit when the timer is started. This is useful when a timekeeper tends to create numerous new timers, to help them remember to enter relevant validation info immediately.
