SERVICE IMPACT
There will be downtime associated with this release. Website users may be logged out. Desktop users can work in offline mode during this time and will not be logged out. Do not execute bulk data upload during the maintenance. The service will be unavailable for up to 4 hours during the 4 hour maintenance window. This can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site. During the upgrade users will have synchronization and login errors.

Adding FMS data fields to the Matter List
Matter lists can be customized with additional FMS fields to enhance searching and sorting. The timekeeper can further customize the view by modifying the layout and sorting of the columns. As a result, timekeepers will be able to locate matters more easily, thereby reducing the amount of time it takes to review and finalize entries.

Enhance IRS to allow for reporting on additional data points
A wider range of time entry data points are available on Intapp IRS, enabling deeper analysis of any dashboard.

Fields added:
· entry released date
· entry converted date
· entry comment
· entry timecardid
· entry ebillingstatus
· entry billed
· entry intervals utc_timezone
· entry origin flag - entry created from timer/captured activity/manual entry

Planner View Manual Adjustment Redesign
Manual adjustments made on the Planner View will now prompt the user to immediately place the additional time entry at the beginning or end of a time block. The experience can also be set to “always” take this action.

Additionally, we have included the ability to restore all previously dismissed prompts if a user needs to change their choices. In the Settings - General tab, the user can select “Restore all dismissed dialog prompts” button in order to restore the prompts.
