SERVICE IMPACT - Customer action required: Please communicate to your users that some or all users will be unable to use the service for up to 5 minutes. Do not execute bulk data upload during the maintenance. We encourage you to review the following enhancements/defect fixes. - Usage impact: The release/maintenance will incur downtime. Some or all users will be unable to use the service for up to 5 minutes. The service unavailability can occur anytime after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
MAINTENANCE CONTENT
NEW FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS - For firms that have single sign on enabled, users can login using email addresses or a user ID.
DEFECT FIXES - Confidential entities did not display a confidential icon on the search pages. - A console error occurred, and users were unable to download document files from the profile pages if the file name included a hyphen and the file was retrieved via the GET API. - An error message was thrown, and documents could not be exported if they contained a photo or logo that had been updated after document creation. - Users reviewing text on an opened profile page were unable to expand or collapse the text. The 'more' or 'less' links were not displayed. - Users could not see any data in columns on search pages when setting up new views. - Users encountered pagination issues when searching for clients on the search page and there were more than 5,000 clients. Users are only able view up to 5,000 clients unless a filter is applied. - Users were unable to login due to an incorrect API setting configuration. - Custom fields created in CDS did not retain properties for 'Show on search' and 'Show on profile' when a sync or update was performed. - Custom fields that used the 'array' type were able to be created in the API and an error message was not displayed. - A validation error did not display when creating or updating custom object types via the API that used an invalid random string. - An error occurred when users set the value of a new field via the API for person type using the Party Id. - An error was thrown when users invoked the GET '/search/views' endpoint for all search views of the work entity type.
