SERVICE IMPACT
- Customer action required: Please communicate to your users that all users will be unable to use the Intapp Reporting Service (IRS) for up to 240 minutes. - Usage impact: This maintenance will incur downtime. All users will be unable to use in-product reporting features for up to 240 minutes. The service unavailability can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
RELEASE CONTENT
- All data in Pivot and Table widgets can now be exported to PDF and Excel via Jasper Reports.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- IRS is the Reporting service used by most Intapp Cloud applications. It powers in-product analytics and interactive dashboards across Intapp applications. If you cannot determine if you are using IRS, please contact Support@intapp.com. - IRS had to rollback its October release during the Tech Foundation maintenance window due to issues discovered - If you have any questions, please contact Support@intapp.com.
