RELEASE CONTENT

NEW FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS

CONFLICTS:
- A new checkbox called 'Default selected Primary Filter' has been added to Administration > Conflicts > Reports to allow firms to determine if ICR reports are automatically filtered according to their Primary Filter option.
- A pre-defined instructional message can now be added to the ICR and ICR page via Administration > Conflicts > Reports. The instruction section on the ICR page is collapsible and will be hidden if no message is defined.
- The 'Create parties and affiliations' action associated with the Update Conflicts Search workflow state has been improved to update an existing party affiliation rather than creating duplicate parties.

INTAKE/FLOW:
- When completing a party lookup against D&B, BvD, or S&P, the industry codes and labels (i.e., NAICS or SIC) are fetched and stored from both request forms - to help users confirm provider provided data - and Conflicts. The data is available on the form itself and under External Content on the Party Profile. The primary classification codes are captured and sourced from D&B, BvD, or S&P depending on firm subscriptions and integrations with Risk. If a provider does not have a specific industry code, the field will not be displayed. If the company does not have industry data, the field will display a null value.
- Firms can automate their intake processes as determined by NAICS/SIC industry data. To expedite automated processes the NAICS/SIC industry data has been added to the lookup fields in the Workflow designer, Form designer, and Approval Rules. Additionally, the NAICS/SIC industry data has been added to the notification designer and can be inserted in both the subject line and email body by selecting the required option from the Requests Question Answers list.
- Admins and Users can now be notified by customized notifications addressing Request action failures. The Administration > System > Notifications configuration page has been enhanced with the ability to select Notifications templates for Admins and Users when the 'Enable Notification Template' configuration is enabled. This configuration is available for existing customers upgrading to version 2023.1. New installations will see the option to select templates without additional configuration options.

TERMS:
- Email notifications now include the Terms Summary Notes for clarity regarding billing requirements and other timekeeper relevant items. A new placeholder called Terms Summary Notes has been added to the notification template and is available when Enable Summary Notes in the application settings is set to True. Users can select specific Summary Notes based on Category/Sub-category. Additionally, the Terms API has been updated to allow for triggering email notifications containing Summary Notes.
- The Send Notification API supports Component Group security for both Summary Notes and Terms Summary Notes notification types. If the recipient group includes a restricted user an error message will display with the following text: 'User cannot be sent terms for this group due to component group security.'
- Criteria-based inheritance feature has been improved to allow admins to exclude inactive values from dropdowns. A new system configuration called 'Exclude inactive values from Criteria-based Inheritance' has been added to Administration > System > Configuration >Terms. When set to True, inactive entities will not be displayed in the Criteria Based Inheritance drop-down menus for new conditions.

COMMON/DATASETS/API
- A new field for Group ID has been added to Component Groups. This field will now appear on Groups in Data Management and the Component Groups APIs have been enhanced to support this field. Upon upgrade, the new Group ID field will default to be the same as Group Name.
- The GET API endpoints have been updated to return company industry type data points for Parties and Requests.
- Performance improvements have been made to the create party API.
