IDM is the Identity Management service used by most Intapp Cloud applications. It provides Single Sign On across Intapp applications and federation with external Identity Providers. To know if you are using IDM, check if you are redirected to a URL such as idm.my.intapp.com when you authenticate with your Intapp application. If you can not determine if you are using IDM, please contact support@intapp.com
The maintenance is a zero user impact maintenance; users and API usage will not be affected.
