CONFLICTS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS - Assisted Conflicts search results display the lock icon indicating applied security and contain an additional drilldown section with active policy details for the hits. - A new configuration setting called 'Automatically run search suggestion option' with options 'Run for all conflict searches' and 'Run only for users with capability' has been added to Admin > System > Conflicts that allows customers to turn off/on the Assisted Conflicts prediction on search run for users without Assisted Conflicts capability. - Performance improvements have been made for large corporate tree updates.
INTAKE/FLOW NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS - No updates to Intake functionality.
TERMS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS - Selected Text, Document Name, and Approval Status have been added as retrievable fields for the Get Terms dataset operation. This allows terms related information to be presented in one place on requests for approvers.
COMMON/API/DATA SETS NEW FEATURES/IMPROVEMENTS - To maintain consistency between systems, data that has been deleted from CDS is deactivated in Intapp OnePlace for Risk upon conclusion of the nightly sync. - When CDS is connected to Intapp OnePlace for Risk, changes to the common client, matter, or user fields via the Risk UI or APIs will be restricted. USER GROUPS • Group ID • Name • Description • Group Members CUSTOM FIELDS • Any custom field that is being synced from CDS cannot be updated or deleted via Risk APIs. • If you are only using Risk specific custom fields, then you will be able to update/delete them with Risk APIs. NOTE: Risk products already did not allow changes to above mentioned properties via the UI and in this release, we’ve extended it to APIs too. - Link existing Intapp OnePlace for Risk Party to a new client created via CDS. Implementers use CDS with Open and load 5 Bank of America clients in CDS, it creates those 5 Bank of America clients in Risk and eventually creates 5 Bank of America parties in Risk. Implementers want a way to merge these parties programmatically so that they don't have to manually fix the duplicate parties. To fix the duplicate party issue, you can use externalIdentifiers in CDS API and pass a specific external identifier – UBAPartyId with a PartyId: • If ID is passed and matches our party id, then link to it • IF ID is passed but does not match, create a party with that id and link it • If the ID is not passed, the default behavior (current behavior) - CDS roles with no matching Intapp OnePlace for Risk capability are not synced. - EnableCustomFieldsIndexing has been added to the configuration settings to improve sorting and searching of custom fields data. - POST api/terms/v1/bootstrap has been added to improve the initial data load for the Terms Time integration. - The Sisense URL settings have been improved in Intapp OnePlace for Risk.
CONFLICTS DEFECT FIXES - Assisted Conflicts: Resolved the error that occurred when the side panel for secured results loaded. - Assisted Conflicts: Fixed the exception that occurred while snapshots loaded during initial retrain. - Fixed the occurrence of notes being saved to the wrong search result in the search results grid. - Corrected the exception error that occurred when a Conflicts Report Review Notification that included the Results Cards placeholder was sent.
INTAKE DEFECT FIXES - Fixed the issue of reminder notifications not being sent for requests that included read-only questions auto-completed via integrations.
TERMS DEFECT FIXES - No updates to Terms functionality.
COMMON/API/DATA SETS DEFECT FIXES - Removed the error that occurred when a person in CDS with an empty email was matched with an existing user in Open. - Corrected the issue of the Custom Field - Key data set Multiple DataSources operation returning Value instead of Key.
