SERVICE IMPACT - Client action required: none. - Usage impact: The maintenance will incur downtime. Website users may be logged out. Desktop users can work in offline mode during this time and will not be logged out. Do not execute bulk data upload during the maintenance. Disconnection will last up to 4 hours and can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site. During the upgrade users will have synchronization and login errors.
RELEASE CONTENT Unreleased time auto-filter Main menu button to generate a timekeeper's list of unreleased time entries for current and prior month. The filter can be intuitively dismissed using the existing filter bar. Refining a timesheet for unreleased time is now 1-click away.
Incomplete Day functionality Alerts and Inline graphical indication of days which are considered “incomplete” based on specific rules, including zero entry days and days with unreleased time. Highly engaging reinforcement of firm time entry policy of missing and/or unreleased days within the application.
Missing hours notification Actionable alert to notify the user of missing hours on the calendar based on the timekeeper's working profile billing targets. Works in conjunction with the unreleased time auto-filter and goal rings functionality to easily locate days below threshold to positively promote the firm's billing goals.
Today Entry Indicator The Time entry form now indicates if an entry is being created for today more prominently so as to avoid misbilling clients for work on the wrong day. Taken in total, the features above drive efficient timekeeping and good time capture behaviors.
Desktop Extension offline capture Desktop Extension now captures and caches activities while users are logged out of Time. Desktop Extension will prompt the user to record or discard these activities upon login to ensure no loss of captured billable time.
Release All Confirmation The Time Admin Portal Release All entries feature now requires confirmation before execution as a failsafe to prevent accidental release. The Release All feature now returns more detailed status information at the beginning of execution for a better administrative experience.
eBillingHub Validation v2 API Intapp Time now supports the v2 eBillingHub API and all tenants will be updated to use this endpoint. Exceptions returned by eBillingHub are now more detailed for to aid in helpdesk analysis.
