SERVICE IMPACT - Customer action required: Please communicate to your users that some or all users will be unable to use the service for up to 20 minutes. Do not execute bulk data uploading during the maintenance. We encourage you to review the new features and defect fixes. - Usage impact: The release/maintenance will incur downtime. Some or all users will be unable to use the service for up to 20 minutes. The service unavailability can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.
NEW FEATURES/ENHANCEMENTS: - To improve data quality and optimize adoption, admins have the ability to merge two party records. A 'Merge' button has been added to the parties page allowing two or more parties to be consolidated into one entity. Only users assigned the Party.Merge capability will have permission to merge entities. Additionally, a party merge endpoint has been added to the API. - Column order will be saved to the user profile on any previously saved view by default. - A 'noResize' option has been added to the Intapp Document Assembly feature to improve image quality in documents. - Notification triggers can now be associated to matter velocity metrics on client profiles.
DEFECT FIXES: - Users experienced inconsistent document generation between DOCX and PPTX templates. - When users searched for documents on the Person page, the smart lookup field returned empty results. - A validation error message was not displayed if a user selected an invalid entity type when document components were created via the API.
