Please note:
Also included in this release, we will be upgrading log4j to the latest version log4j 2.17.1. Please note that the Relationships code base was not vulnerable to the latest Zero-Day log4j threat event, yet we are using this release as an opportunity to get this component to the latest and greatest version to be consistent with the new standard.

- Usage impact: The maintenance will incur downtime. Some or all users will be unable to use the service for up to 90 minutes. The service unavailability can occur any time after the maintenance start is announced via the status site.

DQM Editor: Increase the width of Update CRM Value To column
o In the DQM Edit form, the width of the CMC Value column has been decreased and the width of the Update CRM Value To column has been increased allowing the two columns to be the same width for better visibility

DQM Editor: Increase DQM Office Location selection box size
o In the DQM Edit form, the Matching Companies selection box size has been decreased and the Office Locations selection box size has been increased for better visibility when reviewing and selecting an office location

Configuration to release DQM reservations for disabled user accounts
o There is a new ‘Release DQM Reservations’ column in the User Settings table
o When a user is disabled and this option is selected, the reservations for that DQM user will be released and will no longer display when ‘Show Other People’s Reservations’ is selected on the DQM Reservations page
o Note 1: the disabled user account will continue to display in the DQM Reservations > Reserved by drop-down, but upon selection, no reservations will display if that user’s reservations have been released
o Note 2: upon disabling a user account, the user will still need to be removed from any filters that route reservations to that account

Contact Alerts: do not send an alert when there are no contact changes
o If a user sends a Contact Alert when there are no changes to that user’s contact data, then the alert will not be sent and the user is informed that the email was not sent as there was no new data

CMC Relationships Export Utility. Clients can now export relationships and underlying email count details for contacts committed to the DQM. This is intended to facilitate migrations from Intapp Relationships to OPM, but is available for all CMC clients, and hence, can also be used to allow clients to export their data in the instance that they terminate their subscription.
o In the CMC > Configuration > Data Management tab, there are two new options: Export Relationship Scores and Export Email Counts
o Data is exported in xlxs format and if the maximum data limit s exceeded then multiple xlxs files will be generated.

Export Relationship Scores: exports the following:
§ colleague email
§ contact email
§ relationship score (at the first day of the bucket date month)
§ bucket date (the month for the score, yyyy-mm-dd)

Export Email Counts: exports the following data in monthly ‘buckets’ for a user-specified ‘from’ date:
§ colleague email
§ contact email
§ bucket date (the month for the email statistics (yyyy-mm-dd))
§ Personal Email Count In - the number of 1:1 emails sent from the contact to the principal
§ Personal Email Count Out - the number of 1:1 emails sent from the principal to the contact
§ Group Email Count In - the number of group emails sent from a contact to a principal where additional contacts and/or principals are in the "To" fields
§ Group Email Count Out - the number of emails sent from a principal where additional contacts and/or principals are in the "To" fields
§ CC Email Count In - the number of emails sent from a contact where a principal is in the "CC" field
§ CC Email Count Out - the number of emails sent from a principal where a contact is in the "CC" field
§ Last Inbound Email Date - the date of the last email from the contact where the principal is in either the "To" or "CC" fields
§ Last Outbound Email Date - the date of the last email from the principal where the contact is in either the "From" or "CC" fields

Updated application code to remove any outdated references of log4j as a precautionary measure to the latest vulnerability.
